Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PDAM Tirtanadi IPA Limau Manis

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh disiplin kerja
terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PDAM Tirtanadi IPA Limau manis. Sampel penelitian ini
adalah 43 orang karyawan tahun 2018, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling
jenuh yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel.
Analisis data menggunakan uji Regresi Sederhana, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji
koefisien determinasi (R2
), uji parsial (uji t) , sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS
20. hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja mampu menjelaskan variasi
yang terjadi pada Kinerja karyawan, selain itu secara pasial variabel disiplin kerja
berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PDAM Tirtanadi IPA Limau
manis.
